An intimate knowledge of Nedbank’s operations and culture gained from firstly selling to them as their dedicated IBM Account Executive for three years (1992 to 1994), then through the IBM Finance Industry head position with overall responsibility for Nedbank and all other major SA banks (1994 to 1997), and finally in the GM role in charge of account management, and recently as Divisional Executive in charge of the CIO Office for the past two years as a Nedbank Group Technology Executive, having joined the Nedbank Group in September 2001.

In his IT career, Bruce has fulfilled three Board positions as group sales director with various IT companies, and is highly regarded and respected in the IT and financial services industries.
